Shot:
I liked the smooth, solid look of the water from the extended exposure. The blue tones were also very appealing and the splashes of soft, pink light add something special.

Post-Processing:
Didn't do much to this photo other than correcting the levels and lightening the water a bit. Barely any color adjusting was needed.

Final Thoughts:
Still don't like the horizon dividing the frame in half.
