We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. It's surprisingly simple to do. All you need to do is take the same exact photo at (at least) three different exposures and then use Photoshop to merge them together. Then just play with the combined exposure to get a really cool image like this. It's really fun to do because you can make interesting images out of the simplest photos.

I don't believe it has a Merge to HDR feature built-in like PS but it has practically everything else so it's worth checking out.

The problem lies with my monitor. I use a laptop and although it's a top of the line model, the screen is a bit lacking in contrast and color reproduction. So in order to make it look decent on this screen, I end up blowing out colors and highlights on the majority of good monitors. I usually double check on another screen but I just haven't had time to fix it yet.
